As a young woman, I have had pretty negative experiences with auto shops. Every time my car acts up, or even when I just need an oil change, I dread going to a shop. HOWEVER! From my first call with Hammer to meeting him in person to the actual service, I was NEVER made to feel that way. Hammer calmly explained everything that was happening with my vehicle in a way I could understand. He made me feel like I could ask him any question and I would get an informed answer without making me feel dumb for asking. Hammer really went above and beyond with the service as well. He actually went into my car to find out the issue instead of relying exclusively on the diagnostic machine. The issue with my car was 100% resolved and it has been riding smooth ever since. Hammer, the service Manager is a real pro and courteous at the same time. I have a problem with my Chevy Cruze nit moving but starting and he diagnosed the problem with my clutch and flywheel and he also discovered a leak. He gave me detail explanation and reasonable pricing with a loyal customer discount. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend their crew.
